Shipping Expectancy

All products are shipped generally within 1 - 3 business days, if the products are in stock. Most orders placed before 1pm ET Monday - Friday for in-stock products generally ship within the same day. Made-to-order products may have longer lead times before shipping is possible due to order volume and time it takes to make the item. We will contact you with any shipping concerns as well as a shipping timeline estimate for the made-to-order products. If the products are on back-order or out-of-stock, shipping time may vary. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times are displayed in business days, which do not include weekends. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our store is located within the state of Florida in the United States of America. We recommend that our international customers verify their local import duties / fees / taxes before placing an order as to prepare for any extra costs that may be associated with the shipping carrier of your choosing. Arc Terminator LLC is not responsible for any extra costs incurred by shipping carriers for any international shipment. Arc Terminator LLC is also not responsible for any package loss or package theft that can occur during transit or delivery of your order.
