Why this kit exists:
Whenever the injector's plug is removed, there's always a chance of breaking the retaining clip on the electrical connection of the injector. This is likely to happen because the plastic is subject to countless heat cycles, which makes the plastic brittle with age. If the injector's electrical plug isn't securely retained by the injector itself, it could come loose which would cause a misfire and other related issues. Our kit ensures that the plug stays in place!

Q: What material is this made out of?
A: The injector plug retainers are made from carbon fiber polycarbonate that has been annealed after printing to further increase the glass transition temperature to 266° F / 130°C. The material is also oil and fuel resistant as well.
Q: How hard is it to install this?
A: The install isn't hard at all, unless you've got quite large hands. The most difficult part of the installation is getting the two zip ties around the injector, which can be done easier with needle nose pliers or borrowing smaller hands.
Q: Does this kit fit on any index injector?
A: Yes! This kit works with all indexes of N54 / N63 / N74 or S63 injectors.
